Dr. Ritesh Singh Malik is working with one of the leading TPA of country as Regional Manager.
Dr. Malik had completed his Graduation in Hom. Medical Sciences and then joined a charitable institute as Asst. Administrator and Medical officer. During his tenure with the institute he was responsible for the Management of Hospital run by the institute along with the training of Health workers working at the various villages of Gujarat under the institute banner.
After providing his services for two years, he shifted to Delhi and joined a Clinic cum Research Center located at Dadri (UP) and provided his services as Clinician cum Administrator. he was analyzing the various medical facts of the patients and preparing the reporting on the basis of which we prepare the various medical papers to be presented at various levels of Homoeopathic conferences and forums, administration and management of the clinic.
After providing his services for four years he later joined MDIndia as Manager where he was given various tasks which are fulfilled successfully.

After tenure nearly seven years he joined Vipul Medcorp as Regional Manager. His immediate task assigned by the company is to utilize his six sigma skills for standardization of claims process and minimize the grievance quotient and TAT of claim process. TAT is minimized from the existing 25 days to current 8 days and claim settlement ration is increased from 60% to 91% in a period of 5 months, Process flow standardization implemented, Claim adjudication standardization implemented, HR planning implemented and training to staff given, Admin issues of communication backwardness addressed and necessary improvements and changes implemented.
